Loud place and I got locked in the bathroom because it was missing the knob. No warning, no notice. Had to get someone to unlock it through the safety hole because the waitress came by, noticed I was locked in and then went off to make coffee rather than grabbing someone. The pancakes were really tough as well, and super thick and dry. The waitress didn't even know what food she was bringing out nor who it belonged too.
It is a diner...Do not expect gastro foods.Just good well prepared fresh from the fryer brown food.The servers are pleasant and friendly. I was with a friend that has a long list of food allergies and they were great at creating a suitable meal for him.I will definitely go back again and take more friends with me.

Loved this place when it was mauds lunch manyany years ago. Building has been around longer than i have. Simple food. Friendly staff.
Was so excited. Love these little diners.Food was sub par . everything was either overcooked, or just tasted dry.Our group of 4 had 2 burger platters, fish cakes, and a mixed dish of a bunch of stuff (don't remember the name)Burgers were burnt, tasted like very cheap, frozen beef, toppings were scarce, and tasteless.Fries were good, but didn't redeem the burger.The fish cakes were served with mashed potatoes. And were virtually cold. Couldn't even melt the butter, ended up just leaving most of the food on the plates.The mixed dish chicken was dry, mozza stocks were cold.Overall. Horrible experience. Will not return, nor should anyone.
